This internship is for potential trainees in 2026, with opportunities to develop for other plants or grow into other leadership roles.

Requirements

• Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• Commitment and engagement through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in assigned project work.
• Support plant operations in achieving production goals.
• Partner with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees in different departments.
• Complete technical projects to gain an understanding of the operations of a quarry or aggregate site.
• Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, and quality departments and different job and functions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
