Requirements

  • Advanced engineering and process simulation tools
  • Process cycle simulations
  • Thermal design of proprietary coil wound heat exchangers
  • Relief/depressurization analyses
  • Technical support for plant startup, performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaboration with commercial, project management, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and startup teams
  • Participation in P&ID reviews and HAZOP studies
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10–15% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize natural gas liquefaction processes and specialized LNG equipment using advanced engineering and process simulation tools.
  • Perform process cycle simulations, thermal design of proprietary coil wound heat exchangers, and relief/depressurization analyses.
  • Provide technical support for plant startup, performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with commercial, project management, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and startup teams to ensure successful project execution and product development.
  • Participate in P&ID reviews and HAZOP studies to maintain safety and design integrity.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to client, contractor, and plant sites approximately 10–15% of the time.
