About The Position

Creedence Energy Services is a leading independent production and midstream chemical company with a national reach. We are seeking loyal individuals who want to advance their professional career in the oil and gas industry. Creedence is dedicated to being an impactful partner to our customers, our employees, and our community. This role provides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends due to weather delays or customer requests, and daytime hours. An on-call rotational schedule is required, but you will be home every night. Overtime is available and expected. Quarterly bonuses are offered.

Requirements

  • Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority.
  • 1+ years in oil and gas industry required.
  • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Pull and drag hoses in outdoor environments, include adverse weather.
  • Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment.
  • Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands.
  • Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles.
  • Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin.
  • Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manual.
  • English language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending.
  • Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, MS Office, and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries.
  • Must possess a smartphone with internet access.
  • Ability to accurately calculate and record chemical inventory is crucial.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using weight and volume measurements.
  • Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
  • Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your actions.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record check, FMCSA Clearinghouse, and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Class A CDL preferred.
  • Chemical deliveries experience preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes.
  • Properly load and unload trucks.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment.
  • Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled.
  • Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc.
  • Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy.
  • Timely completion of reports and documentation.
  • Maintain driver’s logs according to DOT regulations.
  • Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures).
  • Work well both independently and as a team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
