ICF is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated candidate to assist with research, data analysis, writing, and related activities to support our environmental regulatory programs work. This position will focus on support to programs related to the accounting and management of ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, which could include risk assessment development, toxicity review, rulemaking support, economic assessment, analysis of chemical production pathways, market research, emissions inventory and consumption modeling, and review of scientific literature, patents, and/or permits. Candidates must be comfortable conducting data-driven analyses and effectively communicating the findings. Candidates must be strong critical thinkers, with the ability to help develop and customize approaches to data analysis to help meet the needs of a given project. This is an early talent position for new grads. Relocation will not be supported.
