About The Position

The ChemCare Price and Cost Supervisor leads a team of specialists responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data within SAP. The role coaches, develops, and supports team members and builds partnerships with Strategic Pricing, Product Management, Commercial teams, and functional departments within the Shared Services Organization. The supervisor oversees pricing and cost management processes to support data accuracy, operational efficiency, and business objectives. Working with the Price and Cost Operations Manager, the role supports business growth and continuous process improvement and ensures activities follow company safety, compliance, and ethical standards.

The position is based in Dublin, Ohio, with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability and desire to lead and supervise employees.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting process improvement initiatives involving major enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Ability to adapt to and meet tactical and strategic business needs while working independently.
• Proven leadership ability in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily team operations, manage workload, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and training.
• Conduct performance management activities.
• Manage escalated issues, diagnose problems, and develop solutions.
• Report metrics, conduct audit activities, and communicate team results to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Optimize processes and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and functional teams.
