About The Position

The ChemCare Field Tech II is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient transfer of wastewater from onsite storage to DOT-approved tanker trucks in support of data center operations. The role maintains environmental and regulatory standards while performing wastewater transfer, sampling, documentation, logistics coordination, site operations, and compliance activities. It is an outdoor, field-based role at customer sites and requires the use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Ability to obtain a CDL and additional certifications, such as CHMM.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Connect hoses, pumps, and transfer systems to load wastewater into tanker trucks.
• Monitor flow rates, tank levels, and capacities to prevent overfills.
• Perform line-clearing and equipment-shutdown procedures.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, hoses, fittings, and containment systems.
• Collect wastewater samples according to site and disposal requirements.
• Complete load tickets, manifests, and chain-of-custody records.
• Track volumes, waste types, and transport details accurately.
• Coordinate truck staging, loading schedules, and site flow.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and site teams to meet daily targets.
• Conduct site inspections and support waste consolidation and disposal.
• Coordinate with TSDFs on waste profiles, sampling, and scheduling.
• Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with RCRA, DOT, EPA, and company safety standards.
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading and unloading as needed.
