This role is for a Chef in a fantastic opportunity 100% scratch kitchen. The Chef will be responsible for running effective shifts, providing direction and training to team members, ensuring consistent execution of systems and standards, and maintaining cleanliness. This position also involves overseeing BOH schedules, managing budgets, interviewing and hiring staff, and ensuring all food and service standards are met to provide an exceptional guest experience.
