THE POSITION Working independently to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students in the kitchen Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients Monitor stock and minimize wastage Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
  • Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
  • Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
  • Basic baking and dessert making skills required

Responsibilities
