Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous industry experience in a similar role
- Must have intermediate to excellent knife skills
- Must be outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrées, salads, side dishes and soups.
- Make foods fresh with quality ingredients daily, with 85% made from scratch.
- Place orders for product.
- Take guest orders via phone and in person.
- Execute recipes for self-service and full service kitchen.
- Provide world-class service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
