Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work at Sunshine Coast sites. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week. Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
- High energy with professional presentation
- Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
- Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
- Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
- Follow health and safety and food safety standards
- Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow
