Demonstrates a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to the membership, guests, and fellow employees. The Chef Tournant performs a variety of cooking tasks as assigned and serves as an intermediary between kitchen chefs and stations. This role rotates throughout different areas of the kitchen based on operational needs, with or without prior notice, ensuring consistent execution of food items and smooth kitchen operations.
