About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for a healthcare account overseeing food, housekeeping and linen distribution. The role is based at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, LA, which includes a main hospital with 200 beds, a Women's and Children's Hospital with 110 beds plus 50 NICU beds, and a Heart Hospital with 30 beds. Lourdes is a subsidiary of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.

Requirements

Monitor all HACCP and Sanitation processes and Ecosure Readiness
Manager FMS food platform
Provides direction for all culinary employees to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
Directs daily operations of retail and patient culinary services at units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
