About The Position
We are looking for a rising Star to join our back of house team. This person will have great potential and currently will come in as the Chefs right hand. This person must have great work ethic, be reliable, professional, and experienced in the kitchen. We are the local Pittsburgh Italian Restaurant that was just on the Gordon Ramsey Show. He added not only to our menu, ambiance but our popularity after airing on national TV, local TV, media and with local influencers we are very busy and growing.
Requirements
- Culinary background from either schooling or experience of 3-5 years.
- Professional attitude, aptitude and knowledge.
- Reliable, respectable and able to get along well with others.
- Ability to perform under pressure is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepping and Cooking for daily menu and sometimes private party menus.
