About The Position

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of the well-being program alongside an experienced and passionate team. As a driving force within the team for the delivery of health and well-being initiatives, the individual will move from strategy to execution by leading assigned projects, on-site events, and training activities, while applying industry best practices and ensuring sound governance of vendors and budgets. Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years or more of experience in workplace health and well-being or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, management/HR, psychology, organizational development, kinesiology, or another related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and co-develop solutions with experts in complex and evolving environments.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and deliver projects (small or large-scale) aligned with workplace health principles.
  • Ability to influence decisions and work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, performance indicator (ROI) modeling, and business case development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to psychological health and well-being.
  • Excellent communicator capable of engaging and influencing a wide range of audiences, including employees, managers, and executive leaders.
  • Willingness to propose innovative ideas and a strong commitment to continuous learning in the health and well-being field.
  • Strong skills in contract management and external partnerships.
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing budgets.
  • Professionally proficient in both official languages, written and spoken.
  • Demonstrates excellent internal customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to build constructive partnerships across the organization.
  • Requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan to bring the vision of the approach to life and support its continued growth.
  • Act as the lead or a contributor on several large-scale projects (e.g., results measurement strategy, health and well-being committee, peer support network, international support, digital platform, training and events, workplace environment, communications management, etc.).
  • Lead the management of health and well-being vendors and partners (actively participate in contract negotiations, renewals, performance evaluations, relationship management, and complaint follow-ups).
  • Develop and manage the program’s annual budget.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the approach.
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders (e.g., managers, health and safety teams, HR partners, etc.).
  • Provide support for studies related to the Health and Well-being program, as needed.
  • Proactively identify and research best practices, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to keep the program at the forefront.
