About The Position

Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
  • Oversee assigned section
  • Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with training new team members
