• Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction
• Quality control and guarantee of mise en place, knowledge of hygiene and safety
• Management of the pass and service
• Knowledge of the basics and techniques of cooking, recipe reproduction, and knowledge of fresh pasta
• Training junior figures, Onboarding, and Team Motivation
