The resort employs over 600 Team Members dedicated to creating memorable experiences and stellar service. Pier Sixty-Six aims to foster a caring culture with state-of-the-art facilities, a first-class employee dining room, and a focus on individual employee welfare and well-being. The resort is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and polished Chef de Cuisine - Garni for its All Day Dining to drive culinary excellence. This role is accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations, exhibiting culinary talents, leading staff, and managing all food-related functions. The position focuses on continually improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance, supervising all kitchen areas to ensure consistent, high-quality products, and guiding staff development. The Chef de Cuisine must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved across all food preparation areas, including restaurants, bar/lounge, and support areas. Reporting to the Executive Chef of Resort Dining, this position will manage and lead the All Day Dining Teams, establishing plans for long-term growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include recruiting, menu creation, and implementing training, processes, and standards for a successful opening. This role may also involve assisting other F&B Outlets as needed.
