About The Position

We are looking for a creative, strategic, self-directed and AI curious Marketing Manager to lead brand-specific marketing campaigns—particularly new product launches—within our portfolio of design-forward architectural lighting brands. This is not a pure project management role. We’re seeking a creative marketer who can generate and shape compelling campaign ideas, then collaborate with internal and external partners to bring them to life across web, video, social, events, and more. Just as importantly, this person will be expected to champion our marketing vision—inspiring belief, alignment, and collaboration from stakeholders across product, sales, and design. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership to craft campaigns that combine high-impact visuals with strong narrative and strategic focus. As a passionate internal advocate for modern, creative marketing, you’ll help raise the bar for what great product storytelling looks like. While this role leads campaign concept and creative direction, it partners closely with other teams for channel execution, optimization, and reporting. Success depends on strong collaboration rather than ownership of every downstream task.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a design-forward or B2B product environment (lighting, architecture, interiors, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing creative campaigns
  • Experience working with creative contributors and content production teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and how to coordinate across them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • English proficiency required to collaborate with teams, partners, and/or clients outside of Québec

Nice To Haves

  • Strong creative instincts and visual sensibility
  • Excellent communicator—able to inspire, influence, and build alignment
  • Active interest in exploring AI-enhanced marketing tools
  • Comfortable developing concepts and briefing others to bring them to life
  • Highly organized and adept at balancing multiple moving parts
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and quality
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes
  • Respected collaborator across disciplines and seniority levels
  • Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • Curious and open-minded—actively seeks out new ways to enhance marketing impact through technology

Responsibilities

  • Generate and lead original, compelling marketing campaigns that reflect your brand’s personality and product strengths. Collaborate with writers, designers, photographers, videographers, animators, and 3D render artists to bring campaigns to life.
  • Translate business goals and brand strategy into actionable campaign plans. Define deliverables, timelines, and performance goals, and see projects through with excellence.
  • Act as an internal advocate and educator for our marketing approach—help stakeholders understand the “why” behind campaign strategies and help shape stronger collaboration across teams.
  • Drive the creation of content that inspires and informs—product photography, video storytelling, rendered environments, customer testimonials, and more.
  • Work closely with digital, design, and communications teams to ensure your campaigns are effectively executed across all channels (web, social, email, events, sales tools, etc.).
  • Foster belief in the power of creative, brand-driven marketing within your brand’s leadership. Communicate wins, share insights, and help others get excited about the work.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, is accurate, compelling, and polished—whether developed in-house or through external partners.

Benefits

  • French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
