About The Position

This position is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to operating the RMC. The Rotary Molder Chiller (RMC) operator is required to ensure that the cheese is within specification Through in process testing and monitoring. Ensure proper mold sizes are used per the production make sheet. Ensure cheese blocks are molded into the proper size and weight. Operator will be responsible for completing mold changes to the RMC equipment. Ensure all equipment safeguards are in place and function properly. Responsible for following all safety procedures including LOTO. Responsible for RMC clean up when the day’s production is complete. Responsible for always maintaining a clean and organized work area. Complete and maintain accurate required documentation associated with the RMC process. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP and Human Safety and Food Safety regulations. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess good communication, math, and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all USDA, GMP, Human Safety, and Food Safety regulations.
Perform other duties as required.
