This position is responsible for greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone at various Bienville Orthopaedic locations. The role involves answering questions, optimizing provider schedules, notifying providers of patient arrivals, and comforting patients. Key duties include retrieving and updating patient records, verifying financial information, collecting patient charges, filing claims, and maintaining office inventory. The position requires the ability to travel to all clinic locations and work overtime as needed. Candidates are also required to complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
