Under general supervision and working closely with the Site Supervisor, the Check Clerk Lead communicates with customers and peers to resolve complaints, research problems, and answer questions. This role involves depositing checks, performing check audits, and processing data entry transactions. Key tasks include scanning, filing, and mailing checks, as well as other clerical duties as requested. Mental qualifications for this position include the ability to accurately enter data, prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor email boxes, inboxes, and other systems to fulfill requested services.
