Requirements

U.S. Customs Broker License required, with strong expertise in post-entry processes and trade compliance.
6–8+ years of experience in customs brokerage operations, including post-entry corrections, audits, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills across operational and compliance teams.
Ability to analyze data, interpret regulatory requirements, and translate insights into process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee RS&C post-entry operations including post summary corrections (PSC), protests, 1520(d) claims, and duty recovery programs.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of post-entry workflows aligned with CBP regulatory requirements.
Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs to ensure audit-ready processes and consistency across teams.
Design and deliver corporate training programs (virtual and in-person), enhancing technical capability and regulatory understanding.
Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance.
Manage complex escalations, high-risk compliance scenarios, and regulatory interactions with CBP and other agencies.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists, supporting onboarding, cross-training, and continuous learning initiatives.
