About The Position
Tanglewood, home to the famous Boston Symphony Orchestra and one of the world’s best-known music festivals, hosts world-class concerts, popular artists, fascinating talks, and family events. Tanglewood annually draws over 350,000 visitors and offers a vast quantity and range of musical forms and styles, all presented with artistic excellence. Tanglewood is seeking a part-time, seasonal Chauffeur to start on August 3, 2026, and end on August 24, 2026.
Requirements
- Lives in or has strong familiarity with the Berkshires.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Able to safely lift and transport luggage and other materials as needed.
Responsibilities
- Transporting artists between hotels, residences, rehearsals, and performance venues.
- Train station and airport pickups, including late-night transportation.
- Delivery of artist materials; grocery shopping and hospitality setup.
- Rental car coordination and vehicle inspections.
