1ST CLASS PARKING is a rapidly expanding valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area. We are seeking a Luxury Driver to join our team. Ideal candidates will be service-oriented, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, team players, motivated, energetic, car enthusiasts, and interested in full-time employment. The Luxury Driver is responsible for providing discreet, professional, and courteous transportation services for high-profile residents. This role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and superior service standards that align with our luxury brand and hospitality excellence. We are looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a readiness to contribute. This Addendum is issued to clarify existing job expectations and to formally document the operational scope of the Driver/Chauffeur position. Due to the integrated nature of our services, employees in this role are expected to support related service functions as part of normal business operations. The Driver/Chauffeur role includes, but is not limited to, driving responsibilities and operational support across valet and front-of-house services when required by business needs. Operational Support (Essential Function): Employees in this position are expected to provide support in related service areas during peak periods, staffing shortages, special events, or operational contingencies. This includes, but is not limited to: Parking and retrieving guest and resident vehicles safely and efficiently Assisting with traffic flow and vehicle coordination Opening doors for residents and guests in a professional manner Assisting with luggage, groceries, and personal items Supporting general doorman and front-of-house functions Remaining alert to the surroundings and reporting any unusual, unsafe, or suspicious activity to management Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service across all assigned duties Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support may be requested by a manager or, during operational contingencies, by team members, provided the employee is not actively engaged in a primary driving task at that time. Due to the service-based nature of the business, all employees are expected to demonstrate reasonable flexibility in performing duties that are operationally related and consistent with the general scope of hospitality and transportation services. Compliance with these operational support duties is considered an essential function of the Driver/Chauffeur role. Failure or refusal to perform these duties may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
