About The Position

People's Express is seeking Chauffeur Drivers to transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, work, and personal events. The clients served are often low-income, disabled, or senior citizens, and the role requires patience and sensitivity. Drivers will operate vehicles of various sizes, including cars, minivans, and Transit Vans, some equipped with lifts for mobility devices. The position offers flexible hours ranging from 5 am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work. The ideal candidate is a team player, good with people, and understands the sensitivity required when working with clients.

Requirements

Minimum of a chauffeur license required.
A good driving record.
Required to pass a DOT drug and alcohol screening.
Holder of a CDL medical card or able to obtain one.
Able to board and secure clients who use mobility devices.
Ensure the safety of passengers during transportation.
Van driver experience: 3 years (Required)
Chauffeur's or CDL with a P Endorsement (Required)

Nice To Haves

Preferable availability of 5 days a week or 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities
