About The Position

Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Charter Specialist in Kitchener/Waterloo. This role is crucial for growing and shaping the Charter division by connecting with clients, managing charter opportunities, and developing new ideas and solutions. The position is full-time with an immediate opening and is 100% in-office.

Requirements

• Motivated, professional, and engaging individual who enjoys building connections
• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating positive client experiences
• Highly organized and able to successfully balance phone inquiries, emails, and multiple priorities
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record search
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Comfortable navigating and engaging on social media platforms
• Strong geographic knowledge of Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas
• Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (start and end times can be negotiated)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests from start to finish
• Oversee reporting and assist with tracking charter performance and opportunities
• Research, prepare, and bid on new charter opportunities to help grow our business
• Support special projects and play an important role in the continued success of our Charter division
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to promote new charter opportunities and develop creative solutions for customer inquiries
• Help identify new opportunities by staying connected with local events, community gatherings, and regional activities
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to support the smooth operation of daily transportation services
