Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
