This role is responsible for preparing paper charts for the following workday at Suntree Internal Medicine, a large private internal medicine practice in Melbourne, Florida. The practice values Sincerity, Inspiration, and Mastery and believes in the importance of education and training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• High-level of multi-tasking
• Time management skills
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Medical Terminology Knowledge preferred
• Medical Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Bulk printing paper charts for the following work day
• Print each appointment in order from first to last
• Ensure each appointment is correct and has most recent information
• Contacting patients or other outside offices by phone or email
• Place documents in order in patients’ chart
• Sort charts by provider
• Completion of charts prior to leaving
