About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 17 locations across seven states, offering evidence-based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care. Their programs include detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The company is currently hiring a Chart Auditor for their inpatient detox and residential program located in Aurora, CO. Requirements
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctuality and careful attention to detail
- Team player with ability to collaborate well
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality, comprehensive and timely client documentation through consistent chart oversight
- Conduct weekly billable audits for every client, submitting weekly report to leadership
- Complete any administrative duties related to position (charting, scheduling, daily workflow etc.)
- Conduct quality audits so charts reflect full scope of client needs, assessment, and intervention
- Ensure clinical data is captured in patient charts
