Requirements

No prior experience is required, but a background in food service or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and learn new skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing great service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Charleys standards and recipes.
Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food in a friendly and timely manner.
Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to at all times.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
