About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Charity Events Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in event coordination, nonprofit work, fundraising, and community engagement. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in event management and nonprofit support.

Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework in communications, marketing, or nonprofit studies is a plus)
• Enjoy working with people in public-facing, community-driven environments
• Are organized, dependable, and able to multitask in fast-paced settings
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Are eager to learn and grow in event planning, fundraising, or nonprofit operations
• No experience is necessary — full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs
• Support event setup, logistics, and onsite coordination
• Help manage volunteers and assist with event operations
• Engage with attendees, donors, and community members to enhance event experience
• Handle event registration, sign-ups, and guest coordination
• Monitor attendance and collect feedback for event improvement
• Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to ensure smooth execution
