About The Position

USPh (U.S. Physical Therapy) is seeking a highly energetic individual with a "can do" attitude to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Chargemaster & Coding Analyst. This position will serve as a chargemaster subject matter expert for all USPh entities within the organization. The individual will also be a Certified Professional Coder.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing all charge master functions.
• Experience in working within a decentralized environment with multiple Tax ID’s.
• Certified Coder.
• Microsoft 365 Experience Required: Excel, Work Access, SharePoint, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient physical and occupational experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a chargemaster subject matter expert for all USPh entities.
• Manage all chargemaster functions, including pricing, coding, fee schedule analysis, and pricing rationale.
• Maintain and update pricing annually for new CPT Codes.
• Review denial trends.
• Determine financial class.
• Update Medicare Expected Amounts Annually.
• Review and update state WC and Auto Expected Amounts nationwide.
• Review and distribute health plan updates to partnerships & operations.
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Clinical Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams.
