We’re looking for an experienced MFM Sonographer ready to take the next step into a Charge Sonographer role. As Charge Sonographer, you’ll serve as a key clinical leader and trusted partner within the clinic, helping support day-to-day operations while fostering a collaborative, high-quality care environment grounded in our People First, Quality Always values. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability to support a variety of clinical settings and site locations across the region.

Requirements

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential with an OB/GYN specialty
  • 2+ years MFM experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about supporting team growth, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • NT certification preferred
  • FE registry strongly valued

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality OB and MFM sonographic procedures across multiple clinic locations
  • Support a variety of clinical settings, including low-risk OB and MFM clinics
  • Review patient charts, reports, lab results, and relevant medical history
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out fetal and maternal anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings clearly with physicians and care teams
  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Help maintain clinic quality standards, workflow efficiency, and team support throughout daily operations
  • Lead morning huddles to review schedules, workflow priorities, and team updates
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sonographers, and clinic staff while representing BB Imaging with professionalism and collaboration
  • Partner closely with regional leadership and People & Culture to support communication, alignment, and clinic success
  • Help maintain equipment quality and communicate maintenance or service needs as appropriate
  • Provide operational and back-office support to help ensure a smooth clinic experience for both patients and teams
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support clinical and operational excellence
