About The Position
Join MercyOne's 5 South Team as a Charge Nurse! 5 South is a 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit that cares for acutely ill adult patients with a wide range of conditions, including Urology, Nephrology, Trauma, Colorectal Surgery, and General Medical Conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative unit offers nurses the opportunity to build a strong clinical foundation while gaining experience across multiple specialties. Our team partners with Virtual Nursing to provide innovative, patient-centered care and support bedside nurses. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Iowa RN license (or Illinois RN license if applicable)
- BLS required within 3 months of hire
- ACLS required within 3 months of hire
