About The Position
The Charge RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and monitoring the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. This role operates in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to the individual receiving services.
- Monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensure care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Benefits
- Overnight differential of $4.00/hour every day from 6:30pm-7:00am
- ESST accrual starting day one of employment
