About The Position

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) in the Telemetry Department at Texas Health Kaufman is a full-time position responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a 23-bed Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Requirements

Nursing Diploma Nursing is required Or Associate's Degree Nursing is required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. is required
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire is required
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days is required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 Months is required
