3rd Shift Charge Nurse
About The Position
As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills and a compassionate approach to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support. The shift for this role is 10pm - 6am, and it is a Full-Time position. The base wage (without shift differentials) is $36.06 - $45.56/hr for RNs and $28.95 - $36.00/hr for LPNs. Additionally, there is a 3rd shift differential of $5.50/hour and a weekend shift differential of $4.75/hour.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and available resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
