As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Requirements
- RN or LPN license

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and available resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
