About The Position
Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join its team and provide long-term senior care. The position offers the opportunity to develop professionally with guidance from the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is committed to serving residents, providing excellent care, and working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
- Consult with physicians concerning resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing with planning and developing nursing services for residents.
- Support team members in their career growth.
- Examine residents and their records and charts to identify normal and abnormal findings and recognize early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
- Complete administrative duties for assigned residents, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
