About The Position

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven nursing experience, preferably with leadership or charge nurse responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

Advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support nursing staff during shifts, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality nursing practice standards are maintained.
Assist with staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring team members.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and make critical decisions as needed.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Document and report clinical information accurately and timely.
