About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Primary Care- Charge Nurse at Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This role is in an outpatient environment serving an active and retired military patient population. The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for employees committing to at least 28 hours per week.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN License
- 2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting required
- Primary care nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- US citizen
- Be available Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day activities of the primary care clinic
- Critically problem solve and prioritize care
- Complete daily assignments and monthly schedules
- Assist with triaging patients over the phone
- Complete end-of-the-month reports
