About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Primary Care-Charge Nurse at Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This role is in an outpatient environment with no holiday, weekend, or on-call responsibilities. The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM, offering flexible scheduling. The position serves an active and retired military patient population and offers a competitive salary with a full complement of benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN License
- 2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting required
- Current BLS certification
- US citizen
- Be available Saturdays
Nice To Haves
- primary care nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day activities of the primary care clinic
- Critically problem solve and prioritize care, complete daily assignments, and monthly schedules
- Assist with triaging patients over the phone
- Complete end-of-the-month reports
