About The Position

This is a leadership position with hands-on clinical responsibilities in an established interventional pain practice. The Charge Nurse will help guide daily clinical operations while continuing to provide direct patient care. The role focuses on making an impact on patient safety, clinical quality, and team performance, with a consistent weekday schedule.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management experience
• Experience using Athena EHR
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• CPAN certification

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing, assignments, and clinical workflow
• Provide guidance and serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff
• Supervise support personnel and reinforce established protocols
• Assess patients, monitor responses to treatment, and document clinical findings
• Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate team members
• Deliver nursing care throughout pre-op, procedural, and recovery phases
• Work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
• Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance initiatives
• Maintain professional, ethical, and evidence-based clinical standards
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education
• Complete other duties as assigned
