About The Position
Misty Willow Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) for the night shift (7pm-7am). This full-time position involves providing nursing care within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational nurse (LVN), including administering prescribed medications, documenting patient condition, care, and treatment, and observing patients for significant changes, notifying physicians as needed. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Arizona
- Texas RN or LVN License
- A state license to practice as a LVN is required.
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English/ Vietnamese) is preferred to be able to communicate with our Vietnamese residents.
