About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care position at Penacook Place in Haverhill, MA. This is a 13-week contract role requiring 40 hours per week, with options for Day or Evening shifts. The facility is located at 150 Water Street, Haverhill, MA 01830.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- BLS/BCLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents' conditions.
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments.
- Maintain accurate nursing, medication, treatment, and progress documentation.
- Transcribe physician orders and place medication orders.
- Assist with nursing histories, assessments, MDS, and care plans.
- Coordinate CNA assignments and directly supervise CNAs.
