About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Geneva, NY area! This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a consistent full-time evening schedule and the chance to provide quality care as part of a supportive healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN License
- BLS – AHA or RQI required
- 1+ year of LPN experience
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care to assigned residents
- Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicating with RNs and other members of the care team
- Maintaining accurate resident documentation
- Supporting residents with their day-to-day healthcare needs
