About The Position

This role focuses on optimizing revenue integrity by analyzing, updating, and coordinating charge master activities. The Charge Analyst will ensure complete compliance and eliminate billing inconsistencies. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with managed care, clinical staff, and internal departments to accurately capture billable items, secure reimbursement data, and resolve software edits. The role also includes leading strategic revenue cycle projects and audits to streamline billing efficiency, maximize collection efforts, and improve overall workflows. Additionally, the Charge Analyst will educate case management and departmental teams on complex payer updates, policy changes, and denial or appeal management processes.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Must be located in the Central Austin Area

Nice To Haves

Surgical and medical billing experience preferred
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is a plus
