We are currently looking for a multidisciplinary project manager to join our team in the Montreal, Laval, or Brossard office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field. Additional training in project management, construction management, or administration is an asset.
• Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and ability to be accredited in other regions.
• Required experience: at least 7 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects with multiple stakeholders, including public or private clients, contractors, consortium partners, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Teamwork, performance, and objective achievement oriented.
• Experience in alternative delivery method projects (e.g., design-build, PPP, IPD, etc.) is an asset.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, both oral and written (English/French).
• Dynamic individual ready to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to constantly evolving requirements and priorities.
• Relevant project and personnel management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training in project management, construction management, or administration.
• Experience in alternative delivery method projects (e.g., design-build, PPP, IPD, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate cross-functional process optimization initiatives to improve project execution efficiency and benefit other managers and partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams by actively participating in the complete project management process (contract, financial aspects and budget monitoring, resource effort management, technical quality verification, client communication and follow-up, etc.).
• Participate in various tender processes and multidisciplinary projects, in collaboration with other work teams, disciplines, or partners.
• Collaborate with various support departments, regional market managers, client relationship managers, discipline managers, client sector managers, and business unit directors in the region, as well as nationally and internationally.
• Promote and participate in the development of innovative project execution methods.
• Manage, mitigate, and report risks throughout the mandate acquisition and project execution cycles.
• Stimulate financial performance in terms of contribution, including monitoring and managing business opportunities, order book management, personnel utilization, accounts receivable collection time, variances, and markups.
• Apply GHD's management systems for safety, integrity, quality, and environment.
