About The Position

This role is for a Junior Project Coordinator. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Requirements

Experience in project coordination and estimation in the construction field.
Understanding of supplier relationship dynamics.
Solid knowledge of our product lines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
High degree of autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management.
Dynamic, proactive individual, recognized for teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate quotes to contractors and work with key suppliers and internal collaborators to deliver the right products, at the right time, and in the right place.
Validate the requirements, scope, and objectives of each project to ensure efficient and profitable management. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
Rigorously manage all aspects of purchase orders: documentation, communication, material provision, and invoicing.
Track project progress and address issues as they arise (report and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the client to ensure customer promise and delivery that meets project needs.
Negotiate prices and terms of sale with suppliers as needed, in the client's best interest and within acceptable margin limits.
Develop, grow, and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of product lines and stay informed of new developments to effectively respond to client requests. Demonstrate a strong interest in improving sales skills.
