About The Position

Groupe ADF is seeking a Project Manager for its subsidiary Solutions Latesys based in Brossard. The Industrialization Manager reports to the Head of Industrialization and is primarily responsible for establishing the appropriate industrial scheme in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team, and then for piloting the Quality/Cost/Delivery performance of our service providers/suppliers up to final delivery to the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in supplier monitoring in a structured industrial environment (aerospace, transport, energy, defense, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in project management / technical procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good command of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, collaborative tools).
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (Welding, Machining, NDT).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure manufacturing and supplies: Manage manufacturing batches in accordance with internal processes. Ensure the availability of manufacturing, supplies, or subcontracting services required for projects in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines. Provide and anticipate technical support to the workshop manager or site manager. Carry out or participate in the costing of the manufacturing part during the tender and/or amendment phase. Participate in various design and progress reviews to provide expertise in "manufacturing management".
  • Support and technically monitor subcontractors and/or suppliers: Provide technical support to suppliers with Engineering to anticipate and ensure the conformity of products or services. Draft or participate with Engineering support in drafting the Technical Specifications of Need, defining the scope of the expected service. Manage, track, and close modifications, non-conformities, or manufacturer and/or service provider requests during manufacturing phases (design evolution, manufacturer error or derogation, new client request). Draft or participate in drafting qualification/acceptance procedures for subcontracted activities. Collaborate with Engineering on proposals for design evolutions and improvements.
  • Ensure installation follow-up at the client's site.
  • Work with the purchasing department: Collaborate with the Purchasing team to develop and manage the network of partners/suppliers in North America. Develop Group-level purchasing synergies.
